Reporting to the Director of Employment Services, the Manager, Dixon Hall Employment Services Centre (DHESC) is responsible for providing effective leadership by directing the daily activities of the DHESC staff, ensuring Employment Ontario Performance Measurement System targets are achieved, collecting and reporting DHESC statistics and other related information to Employment Ontario and management and actively representing the DHESC and Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services (DHNS) in the community. Through effective planning, direction and control, the DHESC Manager has the responsibility for the operation of Employment Services Centre within the allocated resources.
