Shelter Manager - Full-time, Contract

Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services is a multi-service agency located in the heart of east downtown Toronto. Reporting to the Director of Housing Services, the Manager, Housing ensures the delivery of programs and services intended to build community, enhance housing stability and quality of life for tenants. The Manager, Housing is also responsible to provide an effective housing program; work collaboratively with management from other departments and programs by enhancing the current services and taking our program to a new and improved level of service. The individual will manage a team of frontline Shelter Workers, Housing Preparation and Support Workers, and Shelter staff. The Manager, Housing will work strategically with the broader community and build effective relationships designed to encourage housing stability and resilience.
