Dixonlicious 2024: A Feast for a Cause
TORONTO, June 6, 2024—Dixon Hall was thrilled to host the much-anticipated return of Dixonlicious, an extraordinary evening of culinary excellence and community spirit, set at the iconic Daniels Spectrum in Regent Park. This year, more than 300 guests sampled mouth-watering cuisine from an array of diverse and creative food offerings, which were paired alongside a selection of craft beers, fine wines, and other beverages to complement every delicious bite. Alongside the culinary spectacles, Dixonlicious featured a Silent Auction, in which attendees bid with their hearts and wallets on items ranging from vacation trips to Venice, Italy to lavish skin care packages. The evening was capped off by heartwarming performances by the talented students at Dixon Hall’s Music School, showcasing the depths of their musical talent and the achievements of the school over the years.
Dixonlicious is the annual culinary extravaganza and food fundraiser that aims to fight food insecurity by raising money for Dixon Hall’s food programs. Through these vital programs, Dixon Hall delivers almost 65,000 meals per year to seniors and people living with a disability, as well as serving more than 10,000 community meals annually to people who are experiencing homelessness and/or face food security challenges.
With the generous support of all the sponsors, community partners, donors, and attendees, Dixonlicious 2024 made significant strides towards making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families who rely on Dixon Hall’s services.
