As we all know, this has been a difficult year for so many, including our young friends. Here at Dixon Hall, we did our best to stay in touch, to stay active, and to keep people engaged. But it was definitely time for some real, if distanced, face time.

Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Dixon Hall will be held by way of electronic means on Tuesday September 14th, 2021 at 5:00pm – 6:00pm EST to conduct the essential business of the agency.



Seniors’ Month: Staying Safe, Active and Connected

As we push through the second year of living in a global pandemic, many of us have adapted our routines and schedules to keep mentally and physically active, connected to loved ones, and above all, safe. This Seniors’ Month, we celebrate and recognize those three themes – Staying Safe, Active and Connected – and focus on how Dixon Hall, as an agency, can continue to help our seniors’ community feel supported.



100 People Housed in a Year Like No Other: Transition from Homelessness to Home

Housing is now a human right here in Canada. At Dixon Hall, it is our privilege to support people on their journeys towards housing, and we are thrilled to share we have housed 100 individuals within the first year of the pandemic.



Introducing our new Director, Office of the CEO, Board Relations & Special Projects

Dixon Hall is pleased to announce the appointment of Carmen Clayton as the Director, Office of the CEO, Board Relations & Special Projects. In this role, Carmen will work closely with the CEO, the Leadership Team, and the Board to strategically position Dixon Hall as a key resource that responds quickly to the dynamic and constantly changing needs of the people in our city.
